My s2 will get stuck and when i am talking on the phone the vol turn down by itself resart phone it says it is in safemode i am rooted on stock help

That happens when the volume up or down button gets stuck when the phone is booting up, just reboot and you should be fine.

I have done that it does not work when i reboot it comes on in safemode then keeps turning off and on

Boot into recovery and clear the cache and dalvik cache then reboot

It did it again so I did what you said will let you know what happens also don't know if you know about this but my time keeps messing up I have it set to auto time it will do it on it a own I tried everything it has done it like 2 times anything you can tell me will be cool thanks like always

Hmm never heard of the time messing up. That's a weird one.
On the safe mode issue tho you wouldn't happen to be over clocked to 1600 would you? I ask because I used to get kernel panic mode from oc at 1600 on stock occasionally so I put it down to 1400 and it stopped

No I am not but here lately it will freeze and start saying granted super user and say it over and over then I will just restart it

I've had that issue before. To fix it i had to reflash the rom and wipe data and caches. Probably something you restored or tweaks not working right
