Root Boot Animation Help

I can't seem to replace the vzw_bootanimation.zip file. Using latest Official Business Sense.

Push using sdk ddms and device manager looks like it works, but existing file stays same size and date. Delete does nothing.

Tried copying it to my sdcard and copy and paste using andexplorer, no luck. Can't paste, can't delete.

Any ideas?

Tried to push it with shell commands, get "failed to copy" "read only file system"

I have root and s-off.

Ok, have to have it mounted correctly. Many of the guides don't mention that part.

I bought root explorer, made it pretty easy.

Yeah, gotta mount via clockwork for adb or use Root Explorer which has a built in read/write option. Necessary for system files.
