Root Boot animation wont change

My boot animation is stuck on the one that came with punisher i am now running velocity 0.4 it never changed to the velocity 4 animation and i tryed to flash the thunderbolt boot animation and it dident change it then any help

please open a terminal and type.
if on velocity/aosp
su
ls /system/media/
if on raptor/punisher
ls /data/local/

your looking for a file called bootanimation.zip

also please try
su
busybox df -h

and make sure you have sufficient space for this large animation either on data, or system

K so id did that then it said bootanimation.zip what do i do from there

well now you know if you boot animation is on data or system, do a
busybox df -h

and make sure you have 35mb free for the thunderbolt boot animation, if you do, flash velocity if it is in system, and raptor if it is in data

This might be kind of a dumb question but it says bootanimation.zip then below it says audio

the audio is a separate folder you can leave that alone

I have enough space i belive but i just think its where the boot animation is located because i looked for it and it is in media folder and it says bootanimation i look at it and it is the thunder bolt boot stuff

Ive got my boot animation to change by using the boot animation changer from the market but i still cant flash any boot animation
