Help Boot Cycling plz help

Hey guys I did the zvd update and tried to add another kernel plus a theme and now my phone is stuck in boot cycling and won't proceed. I have no other rom on my sd card so I can't flash that and start over and I don't know how to take my sd card out plus it says my sd card isn't mounted plz help

How do I get it to my Sd card? I dunno how to remove my sd and my settings are set to internet so I can't access it from my comp

k just put ur phone on mass storage down load that file I sent u drag it to ur sd card once thats done reboot in to recovery then flash it
 
I don't think he can put it in mass storage mode when he can't boot into his phone.

Remove the battery cover, take out the battery, you should be able to see your Sd card. If you have any other device or sd adapter, you can insert your sd card in it and connect it to your pc. and than just download that file or another rom into it.

guys I broke my sd card reader any way to do it without it? and does anyone know how much it would cost to get it fixed?
 
lol I broke the reader the input on my phone I stick the card in unfortunately I went up to metro and looks like I'm putting out 129 bucks for a new phone.
 
For some reason when I was getting into a boot loop I could plug in my charger and it would bring it out of it. Did this many times until I got the rom settled down. Worth a shot.
 
Bump sorry guys should've posted here; I used LGNPST(dunno if I spelled it right lol) but I got it up and running updated to zvd flashed the newest ICS theme compatible with zvd and got an extended battery(shit sucks) already down to 60% since 6:30 AM I have been doing a whole bunch of stuff on it though.
