He did jump ship pretty fast, but it really didn't affect anything as our epic devs have gone above and beyond. Can I have CM7 now please? I want 2.3! or at least a 2.3 based ROM
 
So question for the most knowledgeable here: what kind of turnaround time are we expecting on something like this? For instance, I know that it takes a while to build a custom ROM, but how long do you think it would take to implement this method and use it to install that Blurless GB build that P3Droid has?
 
From what I've heard around twitter and freemymoto, it could be a few weeks for the custom recovery to be made including testing. Then the Devs need to get a hold of everything so they can make it rain ROMs!! Gingerbread, Ultimate Droid, Cyanogen, MIUI!!

Hahahaha. Wow. TBH has probably spent more resources than anyone helping nenolod chase his last ghost (remember defuse?). I think perhaps he's confused about who TBH is. Nothing is impossible if you have the private signing key. There's a pretty simple way to find out if this really is the signing key or not. I think we'll know the answer to that pretty fast.

There's no reason why this should be some long idiotic drama like defuse was. If you know the signing protocol well enough to reverse the private key out, then you know it well enough to code up a simple signing prog to sign code groups. Making sbf's from there is easy.
 
This sounds almost too good to be true lol. All that time into efuse and they forget to encrypt the keys.

GREAT NEWS! The thing is the X was already a great phone. Looking at the new phones there was nothing that was really tempting to me yet. Now, lets see what this phone really can do. I have a feeling it will be like getting an upgrade here in a few weeks and the only cost will be a couple of donations to the developers for their hard work!
 
Yeah, he tweeted he feels the keys are as real as santa claus, but would love to be proved wrong. I guess its still a waiting game..
