So what happened?

You were going to post the output of the "dir" command here. I'll bet you found out that the file wasn't named correctly after all.

i found the problem my computer unzipped the folder by itself the 1st couple times but when i did the .530 it kept it zipped

I think that's what people were trying to tell you a number of posts back in this thread. The bottom line is that if you had the file you thought you had it would have worked, but at least you finally got something flashed.

You can download the March OTA firmware only file here.

Make sure it's named "PG86IMG.zip" in the root of your SD card if you want to flash it from the bootloader.
