Help Bricked after running Playfulmod

So I installed playful mod using CWM and my phone is bricked. I was using cwm 3.0.5 and I wasn't able to clear any of the data or dalvik cache. I get stuck on the screen that says metro pcs. So I think if I can boot into recovery I can just use my sd card to reinstall cm7. but for the life of me I can't remember the physical combination. sorry if I don't provide enough info I'm in a hurry.

mine takes a awhile to get into recovery mod i keep taking the battery out, so im gonna keep tryn to recovery it manually i just hope it isn't messed up

your phone isnt bricked homie...if it was bricked you wouldn't even be able to get to a metropcs screen. your phone wouldn't respond at all.
