Help bricked??? failed update.

help please ,,, i am on o2 uk and i was recently using kies to update the firmware on the phone it froze so i left it as it says doi not uplug the cable...anyhow somehow four hours later it was still the same. in hope that it would be ok and recoverable removed the cablethe phone now shows a small yello phone....exclamation mark.....pc. now i have done some reading and seen that i may have to use odin to resolve this issue, or a hard reset ... i have sat and fiddled with the buttons but with no joy it will only go to two screnns the downlad screen and the aforememtioned one. trying to down load foirmware is a nightmare as i am struggling to find somewhere realiable to do so. i have found one, i downloaded it as per the reflash thing using odin3 v1.85. this i followed by the letter but the porcess got stuck on the first block and froze..

please help any ideas

Take it to your nearest O2 store, explain what happened and it will get repaired/replaced under warranty.
