Root bricked my TU

HELP! I did a factory reset on my TU and now in wont reboot. I can still get in recovery mode and was wondering if we still have a flashable zip available

Is it stock recovery??? Or cwm recovery?? If its cwm then install one of the many great ROM that the ultra had to offer.
If it was stock recovery then use odin to restore your phone

I'm afraid of trying that because I don't understand it to well.
 
the sd card was formatted along with the factory reset and deleted my clockworkmod folder and when I tried to make the folder it doesnt read

Boot into cwm and do a backup i think it should auto create a clockwork mod folder
