I'm currently rooted using the Sprint's Lover Rom (flashed rom via XDA) For some odd reason, the browser is taking a long time to load a page..and I'm on a fast wifi connectiontoo. What could be the problem..do I need to a fresh wipe data reset to get back to its original state (assuming everything will stay the same with the rom and ota updates still intact)? It's really frustrating.

Do you have the latest radios on your phone, also have you tried another browser such as Dolphin mini and try over 3G. Also does the market download stuff because if it doesn't it is something wrong with the connection but if it does it is something wrong with the browser probably.
a few days ago i had the same problem with myn's rls5. i had to update the adfree app and update the files in the app. all is good now. not sure if this is true with sprint lover's rom or not. if the rom comes with adfree built in like myn's rls5 is then you may have to download the app and update the files within the app.
