Built-in social networking app vs 3rd party

Is anyone using both apps? I like the built-in app because I can view all updates at once and post to all services at once but its very limiting on what I can do in terms of replying, finding people to add, accessing my business page, etc. I want to install 3rd party apps I already have the G+ running since the builtin doesn't have G+ (sort of odd they didn't add support), anyway I want to run facebook, twitter, and linkedin. Is anyone else doing this? What is your battery life like?

I use tweetdeck for Facebook and twitter, mainly for reading posts but you can post from it too. It lets you choose multiple accounts to post to, but I'm not sure if it supports linkedin.

I like it for Facebook because it keeps posts in chronological order, instead of what FB thinks are most important. It doesn't support FB notifications though so I still use the FB app for that.
