Buying empty box

Hi guys..

I was wondering if anybody here would be willing to sell their empty box from there desire s, preferably with just the HTC design and not with carrier definition

. I'm open to demands of costs within reason, and am not after any accessories or manuals, just the box and the innards.

Lol, slightly odd.. I have known people In tthe past wanting empty boxes so they can use them for insurance scams.. saying "can I have a new phone, I lost mine, look I even have the box for it to prove it" sort of thing :/

It sounds a bit like these guys on ebay where you have to read carefully to find out if you re buying a real Playstation or just the box. Especially since OP created the same thread in the Incredible S forum...

If a company ever falls for the trick ajh94 mentioned they simply shouldn't be in business.

I dont have the smarts, balls or recourses to want to scam on ebay.

I never realised how judgemental and immature some people could be. If no is selling their box then don't bloody post.

If you think I want to scam people in the methods people have stated, then grow up.

It would be fairly easy to end the confusion (and the "judgements") by just telling what you want with two empty boxes (Incredible S and Desire S)

My brother collects gadget boxes, only iphones and BB's at the moment, I've given him my DHD box to start off the HTC line, and instead of waiting untill i upgrade, I thought I'd ask if anyone is selling the boxes on there own.

It is perfectly law abiding, all the stickers and barcodes (IMEI) will be removed and disposed of properley if they wern't already, I will also let said person know if that was the case.
