Buying glass screen protector

The vzw glass screen protector is also more reflective than native so it is harder to use in daylight

Yeah I noticed this and it kind of makes me upset since it's so hard to see my device during bright days sometimes.

It says fingerprint resistant on box. It isn't.

I actually haven't had any issues with this really

I don't think it is more likely that I would drop phone. I don't hold phone by gripping screen. Nobody does.

Sometimes I hold my phone weird by the screen and I really haven't had any issues with it being slippery though.

You're right. I use SwiftKey but type each letter. Slippery might be perfect for swype but it causes me to slip off the key I hit sometimes. I was just surprised that it is more slippery than the native screen. I thought glass is glass. The vzw glass screen protector is also more reflective than native so it is harder to use in daylight

I see. That makes sense for sure. I can't really comment on the fingerprint thing, since it's not that crucial for me to have fingerprint resistance, but the tempered glass i purchased from ebay is much easier to clean than straight glass, which is cool.

All in all, it comes down to what is most important for each individual.

I bought a cheaper ($7) ultra thin tempered glass from ebay months ago, and it's been holding up like a champ! I even had my first drop, on screen side, the other week and it protected it just fine.
Buy from China, 2 dollars can buy good quality ultra-thin tempered glass screen protector

tech Armor has one on Amazon for $10. I purchased one for ths note 3 and one for the s5. Easy to install and cant even tell its on there.
