I would have thought you would have to wait till the Autumn for a tegra 3 chips to be in phones, they will most probably be shipped to manufactures in the spring.

Yea prob not. After the issues with the Captivate and the slow/no software update there is no way I will even begin to consider a Samsung product.

I will never, ever, buy a Samsung phone again. I've suffered for long enough with my non-working GPS, laggy, Android 2.1 captivate.
