Yes the bootloader is locked but we can bypass it thanks to loki.

i don't care is locked i resolve the bootloader the only phone i have to change the rom was this they bring from zte was a shit

Think he was just saying that whether its locked or not he doesn't care becausr he has no need to switch roms. He only needed to because of ztes laggy rom.
