Root Bypassing Tethering Restrictions (How To)

Here is an example, I have a windows 8 laptop and a nexus 7 2013 tablet. I can tether to my tablet all day and they can't tell I'm tethering because the user agent is the same. I can also tether to my laptop all day and as long as I switch out the user agent I won't get blocked or throttled. But if I try to use my xbox360 on my hotspot I will get throttled or blocked because there is no way to spoof the user agent with the xb360.
Edit: Now that I have tethering included in my plan I can use WiFi tether router to hide the tethering data I use on my tablet and on my PC(with fiddler2 switching the user agent). This leaves all of the tethering included in my plan for playing on Xbox live (gotta love cod online multiplayer) and I can play all month as long as I don't download any new games or large system updates.

Yes that's what I thought. Thank you for your help.

So in theory could I use tether my phone to my computer. Then Ethernet tether my computer to my ps3. Yes or no?
Did you try the method I sent you a link for? It is supposed to work for the ps3 but I have an xbox 360 so it doesn't work for me. I just keep the link handy for people who do have a ps3 just in case it helps them.
Edit: Look at the link below.
You can try THIS WORKAROUND but it is for the ps3 so there's really no way of knowing if it'll work for you. Aside from that, you will have to figure it out on your own if that doesn't work because there isn't any known tethering method that is made for the ps4.

BTW I figured out the problem with root. You have to flash the ROM, reboot recovery, then flash SuperSU. If you flash both back to back root won't stick for some reason.
