Help Call has been lost

I have to admit that I dont use my Dinc much at all for calls. I use it mostly for text messages. Today I tried to make a call from my contacts and when I called, it immediately said "call has been lost". I'm not sure when this started. I have the Froyo 2.2 update as most Dinc owners. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix for this?

I figured this out . on froyo , i did the "how to get better call quality and reception" DO NOT do this if you have froyo on your Dinc
