Help Call waiting problems

i dont recall there's a call waiting setting on the Ascend
most likely its ur carrier problem
if u bought it back to the store and no one can help u
there is a problem there
they are the one that sold u the phone
they need to help u , not just sold u the phone and like o well ur on ur own u know
how long u got the phone ?
maybe its defi phone ?
i got one and like 2 days later , i had to bring it back to exchange it
cuz the battary , die within 2 hr without me even touching it
now my new one work great

I have had the phone for just over a month now. I have had alot of problems with it!!!! The people at the store have no idea what they are doing. I have been without a phone for 3 days now!! And that phone was my life. The screen froze up on me the other night and they told me i had to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday to get a new one. And they did the factory reset on my phone so not only did it freeze but now no one can even call me bc the phone isn't set up bc the screen doesn't work. I liked my p.o.s phone i had b4 this one better haha. hopefully this new one will work better, fingers crossed!!!

like the 1st Ascend i had ,
btw is ur phone Mod ? ROot ?

Good luck , Ascend is a nice cheap phone but nice noob andriod
and more thing to play with LoL
if my old Sansung is the same as this phone i wont even change it
and the new sansung cost $ 399 LOL LOL

Thanx. I hope so too. I can't stand not having a phone. It is seriously my whole life. Lol. And no nothing is done to my phone. They guy at the store did tell me it prob froze bc i had too may apps but i didn't even download that many. So IDK what they were talkin about. Hopefully i get a new one tomorrow. I love the phone but all the problems i am havin just ain't worth it ya know?? Hopefully a new phone will fix everything and i won't have the same problems. Thanx again =]

make sure u get Look Out app on andriod market

never worry about losing ur phone , check for virus and all kinna spyware etc ....

Have you figured out how to set how long before it goes into VM? Mine tends to fly into there.

Before it stops. Which I assume means it goes to VM. Here is the thing..If I've got less than 2 bars on my signal, It will go right to VM instead of beeping/clicking in my ear. I don't know why..I assume this is some kind of quirk.Have you figured out how to set how long before it goes into VM? Mine tends to fly into there.

I'm not jealous. My whole city is full of wifi spots. Plus I've got wifi at home. This phone zooms along just fine...LOL.

It's so nice to see a really giddy Metro user.
We don't get Metro here where I live but I'm sure it's great and will be even better when you get 4G...course then you'll have to have a phone that supports it.It's a plot I tell ya....

Def had a broken phone. So i paid the $20 to get a new one sent to me. Only problem is i am STILL waiting for my new one. I have a temp phone for right now. And lucky for me i know the guy who owns the store so he gave me another ascend =] Only thing that sux it i am gonna have to re-download everything all over again whenever my real phone comes in lol. But thanx for all the help. Still can't figure out my call waiting though "/ FML. This phone is smarter than me!! HaHa

You know the guy who owns the store and he can't help you get your cw set up? Try a cricket corporate store, they are usually a little more knowledgeable. If not, you may have to call the dreaded *611. Btw, you can save your contacts to the memory card or to your google account.
