Droid Life has just published their comparison of the cameras used in the LG G6, Galaxy S8 and the Google Pixel. they feel the Pixel and LG G6 tie for the top, but the difference is incredibly small. They don't think the Galaxy S8 has a bad camera, but in their experience the photos come out a bit overexposed in certain daylight environments.
