I've been using Camera 360 Pro and it makes a big change in the pictures I will post them up soon.
Doh. I forgot the settings I used but the APP has 20 pictures settings and here they are.

Why am I getting these compression artifacts that no one else seems to be getting?

What artifacts are you seeing? The picture looks pretty clear to me. Maybe clean your monitor?

that was my first attempt at panorama. Not bad.

Edit : ahhhh its sideways D:. Why does my captivate keep rotating it? It was oriented fine in the gallery, hoe did i manage to mess it up?

I have this problem too with the pics changing orientation when I upload to Facebook. Not sure why it does that.
