Help Camera Wont Work... When Battery LOW

Yes, but only if the device is rooted.

As per Slugs comment, only if Rooted/on custom ROM. Check XDA developers, most of the custom ROMs there have enabled camera at any battery level.

A bit frustrating they did this. I can kind of see the reason but they should popup a dialogue warning user and allowing them to decide...

In newer firmware like kg2 and kg3 you can use the camera with low battery just not the flash.

I open up another camera app. Pudding camera, Camera 360, Magic Hour, etc and they some how take pictures regardless of your battery level.
