Can I do a straight sim swap?

Hi Everyone,
I am currently using my One X+ on AT&T and I just got my Nexus 4 this morning. Can I just put the Sim card into the 4 and start using it or should I head to the store?

Many Thanks!:p

Should be able to do that. I swapped from a feature phone to an I phone just by swapping the sim when I had at&t.

Yes you can just put the sim in and go, however if the phone you currently have does not use a micro sim you will need to cut it down.

I would like to know about this also.
Will the apn settings be correct for it to run on HSPA+ right out of the box?
I have an at&t one x which is a 4g lte enabled phone with micro SIM and my apn setting on the phone shows as PTA setting.

I read this also.
I wonder if I will need to manually tweek the apn settings to get the fastest possible speed with it.
I ordered one and have it on the way. This issue is kind of freaking me out right now.
Then I read this...

That at&t's system won't recognize the IMEI of the N4 bumping it down to a slower connection regular smartphone that is not 4g/HSPA+ enabled.
Not giving you the fastest data speed for it to run on.

Please someone enlighten me.
TIA
