Root can i download blur apps?

I don't really like the stock Android camera and gallery so is it possible to download the blur camera and gallery?

I'm pretty sure those are a safe bet. I know on fission you can download them. Fission is pretty picky so I'd imagine others are okay with it.

I think you're looking for mediagallery.apk and blurcamera.apk.
