ok now 2 questions if you dont mind #1 how do I do the backup for clockwork? is it by using "backup current rom" on ROM manager? and #2 do you use ROM Manager? if so do you know how to wipe cache and davlik-cache using ROM Manager? thanks in advance

#1 - yes, use backup current ROM in ROM manager

#2 - yes I use ROM manager

To wipe data and cache - when you download a ROM to install a menu pops up that says something like "pre installation actions" the menu includes wiping cache and backing up you current ROM

yeah you can make the backup in rom manager or if you boot into clockwork recovery backup and restore-->backup
