It doesn't download it to your computer. You click the download link from your computer and it automatically starts downloading it to your phone.

oh ok i know what your saying. I tried that once awhile back and it did nothing.

Parker - try to install a rom and when you go into setup google create a new account. see if it will then allow you to download apps from the market.

Good idea Arg. It could be account specific.

Also, are you trying to purchase apps or download apps that have already been purchsed/free?

There have been a few reports of people having their cards rejected lately because of all the 10 cent app purchases looking like identity theft.

I knew it had to be the frickin market acting up. I've never seen this one, at least this persistent. I was going to suggest to load another copy of the market, but thats not necessary.
