Root Can no longer boot phone after 4.4.3

I have a rooted HTC one m8 and tried to install the 4.4.3 OTA update. I deinstalled the twp recovery first and reinstated the ootb. I then did the update from the booted phone.

Now the phone won't boot at all and just vibrates when you push any of the buttons. I can boot to stock recovery but any option I choose there just starts the same thing. Any ideas or is it broken?

Hey Robin,

I've moved your thread over here to the all-things-root area for the HTC One M8 for you.

Hopefully the good folks in here will have some helpful advice for you.

Best of luck!

Do you have a nandroid?

Hold power and volume up until the phone vibrates, then immediately hold volume down. Should take you to Hboot, the white screen with some text on it. We'll need to know what info you've got on that screen, post up the text. Also what carrier are you on?
