Root Can someone help us with this?

I'm looking for someone to write and maintain a really easy "how-to" for newbies. There's an All-in-one rooting guide that I sticked in the top post, but it's somewhat out of date with the advent of 2.2.1.

Here's what I'm looking for:

1) How can I 1 step root my phone? (give the link for z4root)
2) How can I unroot 1 step... use the same app.

3) How can I restore my phone if I brick (link the files to rsdlite and the appropriate sbf for the build) and give directions. I think the directions in the all in one post are pretty good, just the files are out of date because they are for 2.2

4) What's a rom and how do I update to it? (again..as easy as possible, using rom mgr, let's say, and making sure they have installed droid x bootstrapper.)

5) What's a theme and how do I install over a rom?

That would be it. Any takers? Let me know. If there are no takers I can do it myself, but I'd rather spread the wealth.

Good question. I want something very very simple using apps that are 1 click and foolproof.

Makes our job easy.

You're already halfway there! I say just continue with what you have.

Of course it will have to be updated almost daily thanks to TBH and the different ROMS and how they work with each new update/etc...
