Root Can Someone ID Where this Notification Bar Recent App List is From??

Hello all...

Posting this in the rooted section for the EVO 4G because I'm rooted running MikG 3.11 on the phone and not sure if my issue is ROM related...

Here is a screen shot of my pull-down notification menu:

NO CLUE how this came about but I previously had NO recent applications listed in the pull-down notification bar. Now you can see Chomp, Camera, Phone, Jorte, etc at the top as recent apps.

I've seen this option before...somewhere, somehow...lonnnnng time ago...but never wanted it. For some reason, it has recently appeared. I don't recall sloppily changing settings or anything so I don't know how this now popped up...??

Anyone recognize the horizontal scrolling recent apps in the pull-down notification menu, where it is from and how to get rid of it?? Perhaps it is a ROM option (though I can't find it in the MikTweak settings or anywhere else)??

I have installed a few new apps....few Google Task Apps, an SMS Forwarder, To Do List and Weather apps....but nothing that should have made a change like this.

Any ideas??

Can you touch the word "Sprint" and it will disappear?

Hey Mikestony...WHO IS BETTER THAN YOU!!??...that did it!!:D:D

Funny because, as I looked at my phone this morning, the recent apps were NO LONGER THERE!! So, while the issue was sorta, kinda moot or "fixed" I still signed on to check if anyone had an answer :-)

Is this something associated with my MikG ROM or "standard" within the OS??

It may be with mik rom as I cannot/do not have that option with Decks Reloaded (the rom I am on)...as far as other roms, I dont know...never tried it/looked into it.
Don't know why it would change itself like that tho unless you inadvertently long pressed the "Sprint" icon?!:confused:
btw, I remember you having terrible issues with reboots....all fixed now?

Zeus Mod!!!​
You lucky buggers get all the awesome mods lol!!! I think Mik Roms and maybe Synergy had this can't remember, as I've never ran them but read about it on a thread somewhere!

edit: [09. Oct] Zeus Mod v1.1.3 for GSM Devices - Reboot issue fixed/UOT compatible - xda-developers

Then again it might have just been MikTweaks, no?

Ha! Before your edit, I didn't know what Zeus Mod meant, so I googled it and found the same link you just posted.:)
Now I know...and now I remember MikG v3.11 had those mods baked in.:thumb:
 
I have mikg 3.11 running and I would LIKE to see that, but somewhere or other I must have turned the option off and can't figure how to make it go again...

help me, daddy! :p
 
eff'n A! I tried it once but musta fat fingered something, just gave me quick settings.

Tried it again, and there they are... so purty!
