yes. use ultimate droid 1.8 cm7 with lord mod's 4.5.2 kernel. flash one of the UV scripts until you get something that works for you. go to the xda desire hd forum.

There are numerous kernels that have overclock/undervolt support. Currently 2.2 Sense based roms and cm7/miui do. Any rom that uses Android 2.3.3 with Sense isn't overclockable/undervoltable yet.

Not true. MDJ and Leedroid both have Kernels that can be OC'd for 2.3.3 roms.
