Cannont change voicemail #?

Hey all so I am trying to change the voicemail number to the one my carrier rogers has provided but when I try to click voicemail number it justs maps the click sound and flashs blue but no keyboard comes up. Any idea why I cannot change it?

Same here! I normally can figure stuff out on my own but this time I am stumped? :(

Any smart person can help? :D
 
You number for voice mail is sent from your carrier, to your phone, when you insert their SIM. I did not think there was a option to change it.

Ya but the problem is that it does not list any voicemail number and you cannot change it even when it asks if you would like to add one.

Something is blocking the ability of the dialer from reading the data in the SIM.

Right now I can't check voicemail without dialing my own number.

Looking through system files right now but so far can't find anything.

Not sure if you have done this already but where are you trying to change your voicemail number from? I have changed mine in
Settings
Call
Scroll to the bottom to voicemail number and select.
I could change it from there.

That is exactly what I did but when I click the voicemail number nothing happens except for the the sound and flash that happens as usual when clicking any menu items

QUESTION 1:

Similar situation as above, where I'd like to change the voice mail phone number. I simply want to append a 2-second pause and then a "1" so it takes me directly to the first new message. My voice mail number currently works but I don't know how to edit it. My S2 phone is rooted if that helps any, and it on the Bell network in Canada.


QUESTION 2:

Can the voice mail speed dial be unassigned from keypad 1 and then reassigned to another digit? I'm used to using keypad 8 on older non-smart phones because I associate it with "V" (for voice mail).
 
Hiii.. friends.. for changing r removing the vmb number 1st u should go to the call log option... then select settings... at the bottom there is an option.. voice mail.... select the second option.... that's all..... thank youuuu
