Help Cannot connect to Google Servers with 3G

Hi, For about a month now my Nexus can not connect with Google Servers.
My signal bars are always grey.
I have internet connection but when the bars are grey no push notification comes.
I have to remotely refresh gmail. When i am in Wifi then everyrhing is ok the signal bars becomes blue and push notification works fine.
The problems appears only in 3G connection.

Any advice???

If it's a GSM phone, there could be a problem with the SIM. I had a similar problem with 3G (2G was fine) and a new SIM fixed the problem. If that doesn't sort it, have you had any OTA updates around the time the problem started. If so, that might have something to do with the problem.. Otherwise the most likely thing is a fault has developed with the phone itself.

I fit's a CDMA phone, I know very little about them (no CDMA carriers in the UK)
 
Samsung Galaxy Nexus i9250 running 4.2.1
It is a GSM phone
2G or 3G no difference.
The bars still grey.
Everyrthing was ok, i can not understand why it is happening.
 
I have connectivity with 2g and 3g.
No internet problem, just no connections with Google servers, no push notification. Manually refresh works fine.....

I have the exact same problem since about a month now.
2G or 3G no difference. The bars still grey.

My Device: Galaxy Nexus (i9250, Maguro, GSM) with CM10.2

What I have already tried:
- Flash Gapps
- Remove Google Account
- Reset APN
- Flash new cyanogenmod
- Flash fancy kernel

Open:
- Factory Reset

Any ideas?
 
I am connected to Wifi and bars are blue, then i disconnect and bars become grey.
I do this Menu-Settings-System update
and manually check for system update, then the bars became blue. Everyrhing works fine.

But when i lose signal and find it after a while the bars again grey and although i do the same thing (manually check for system update) the bars still grey.

Crazy.........
