Help Cannot Copy Video files from Note to PC

Hi,
I am trying to copy video files from the note to my PC but it just fails..i get the error message 'Access Denied' . I tried looking up the settings on the Note but just couldnt find a solution.

Pl advise. Thanks in advance.

After installing Kies you can also just enable USB debugging (settings>apps>development).

That way you can just mount the phone and drag and drop files as you wish (like a USB drive) without having to use Kies.

if you didn't install Kies, try this:
1) plug your note to pc, let it search and install the device just like every time you plug in new usb drive. unplug it.
2) now at your phone, go to settings>wireless & network>USB utilities>press connect storage to pc, after that plug in Note to pc via USB
3) the autorun will pop up the "removable drive" and you can copy delete stuff from there like normal usb drive

i tested it using Win XP SP3 and Windows 7 64 on the first day i turn on my Note.

now i checked it, I didnt even enable the USB Debugging, and still using the steps i listed above i can copy/delete just like normal USB drive. but if i just connect it from home screen, it goes to MTP, but still accessible from My Computer (its listed at bottom just like when you plug in a digital camera)
