Root Cannot make this work for some reason!?!?

I have tried everything on the toolkit, gapps.zip, activate@vvm.sprint.com, you name it. When I go by the process in the toolkit, I am flashing MikG-v2.5-signed.zip and VVM works just fine. When I restore back to MIUI.us_supersonic_1.10.7_Eng_Deo_ZipA_Signed_buildbot.zip and I cannot get any new messages. I have done the backup from the MikG working version and restored it in MIUI.

I have been working on this for days now. I really have no clue what I am doing wrong. Anyone with any ideas?

welcome to the forums!!!!!!!!!!
moved you to the rooting section. i have not tried miui long enough to figure things out with this rom. hopefully somebody who has it running can explain on how to get vvm to work on this rom.

For me the best way of getting vvm to.work on aosp is to nandroid back.to a working sense ROM. Use titanium and back up the vvm app. Flash miui, and restore the app with titanium. Be sure to only restore the app, not data.

Let OS know if that works or not.
 
I know that this isn't really answering your question, but if you're going to be flashing roms back and forth, just use google voice. It works for me without ever having any issues. I just use Sprint's conditional call forwarding to forward calls to my google voice mailbox and I have never had any issues. And I flash a new rom at least once a week.
