Root cannot root my evo 4g!!!!!!

i just purchased a htc evo 4g. im trying to root my phone using unrevoked forever, but it keeps failing and asking "is my firmware too new." is there another way i can root this phone?

Go to the revolutionary.io site. Check the sticky in this forum. Unrevoked it outdated and won't work any more.

Yep, wrong root method.

You need to use revolution
