Root Can't access recovery screen!

not long ago i rooted my phone and downloaded rom manager. i flashed a recovery and my phone said it was successful so i flashed "inferior human organs" through rom manager. from what i am aware of, i was supposed to be taken to a recovery screen but, the rom just loaded without going to the recovery screen. now i cant access any google apps and i dont have a backup or anything. i attempted to flash gapps the same way, but it "booted to recovery". however, once the phone restarted, all i got was a black screen. i waited for a while to see if the recovery menu would show but nothing happened. i am still stuck in the rom and can use the phone, but i cannot access the market, gmail, etc etc. all i need is to be able to access the recovery screen then i'll be fine from here on out. ive tried flashing an alternate recovery through the "terminal emulator" app as described on another forum post but had no luck. i dont need a reply immediately, however it would be greatly appreciated.
 
Same here man, Message me when you find a solution or something. I've tried some adb commands, tried to install original LG firmware with no luck..
