Help Can't attach a video to txt message

Hey guys when I try attaching a video to a txt it says message size limit. I tried shooting a video that was only a second long and still got it. Any ideas how to fix this? Tia for the help guys.

Did you grant it access to resize when prompted?

It didn't ask me to. Okay was the only option I had

Is your resolution all the way up?

How do I check that? Sorry phone is brand new to me

In your camera settings. I would go thru there and check those out

Is this my resolution size? If so it still does it on that lowest setting.

Yea that is! Are you using a third party messaging apps?

I'm using message+

Works like it's suppose to in regular messages. However I prefer to use message+. Any way that you guys know how to fix it? Thanks for the help guys.

It may just be that app! I am not aware of a way to fix that! You can always email the Dev to that app and see if its something they may change or have a work around!
