Help Can't connect it

Help! My Samsung S2 cannot connect to my computer. It's always "Device cannot be recognized". I already downloaded Kies Lite and Kies but nothing happened. It doesnt recognize my S2. Maybe I downloaded Kies from the US? Dunno. I'm confused Can someone help me? Thank you very much!

Reboot your phone and computer. Try a different cable and/or usb port.
