Can't download/update apps

For about a month I haven't been able to do what the title says. It's not all apps as I had 25 apps to update & 8 of them were able to. I also can't download new apps. I was able to get NFL Game Center today but not Smartbench 2010 or Chase & I tried numerous times. Should I uninstall GAPPS & reinstall it? If so, how would I do that? As always, thanks!

Before doing that gives us a little more info, what RoM are you on ?? what Gapps version are you using?? and have you tried clearing data and cache from the market yet ??
Menu/settings/applications/manage applications/all tab/scroll down to market and wipe cache first in any, then data, also tell us what version Gapps you are on while there, then close out, go back to market and accept terms and see if you can update your apps

Yep I cleared the cache & data, same result.

I'm using GAPPS MDPI-20101020.Signed (is that how I would identify it?)

RoM is CM-6.1.0-Heroc

Yes or go to through the process I mention and check the market apps and there it will tell you the version number

I would wipe and do a reflash of the rom and flash newer gapps gapps-mdpi-20101218-signed.zip
