Help Can't downloads some apps although I have met the specifications

Problems downloading apps

The pone I have is a homtom HT7 pro
Android version 5.1
The main apps I'm looking at is Pokemon go and snapchat, in the store it says that my phone is not compatible with this app, I have met all the specs for Pokemon go and snapchat. Any one know why this is happening or how to fix this ?
 
Android 5.1 should be fine for Pokemon Go (it requires at least 4.4, I believe), and the HT7 Pro's 2GB of RAM should also be sufficient.

Is it possible that Pokemon Go is not yet available in your country?

I'm not familiar enough with SnapChat's requirements to be able to speak to those...

Other than that, it may be worth trying to contact the respective developers (through the email links published on the Play Store: pokemon-go-support@nianticlabs.com and snapchat@snapchat.com). It's possible there may be additional requirements we don't know about - or that the app manifest just excludes (or rather, doesn't include) your device for some reason.

Same with Snapchat, I'm pretty sure Snapchat isn't in china. I could be wrong.
 
I second contacting their support.

Though you COULD try installing the .APKs from a reputable mirror and see if they install. Once installed they should show up in the Google Play Store for further updates.

But it might be something with the device blocking them in the Play Store, such as being from a country where both applications are not allowed :-(
