Help cant erase my info ??

So i want to sell my phone and when i did the factory reset and placed a blank SIM card in the phone i noticed that all of my contacts were still there...help!

o yes and i tried to manually delete and it wont get rid of them

did you insure that google sync is off? and that facebook sync and an others have been deleted from the accounts/sync?
