The one in the sticky is an 87mb update. I assume this is not the full ROM? Where can I find a good link to the latest stable release? Didn't see it on the linked xda thread either.

all your aosp's are gonna be small...they dont have any of the sense features and there's a lot less apps usually...although some of them have quite a few....

here is the link to all the cyanogen roms...stable and nightlies....if you need it..

Can anyone answer if i will have any issues running v6, setcpu, or a2sd with cm7?

CM7 is fast as is....really you dont even need to run the script...your gonna have like 300+ internal storage space available....

setcpu you dont need to use on CM7 because it has its own built in....

and partitioning you dont need either....unless you have LOTS of apps....but even then, you still have a lot of internal storage available because you dont have any of the sense stuff

I wanted to try CM7 this weekend but I'm curious. What exactly are nightlies?

its where they keep coming out with continuous updates for the rom....like fixing bugs working out kinks, adding more stuff... etc....say there's like version 1.8.0 and they find something that needs to be fixed, they'll fix it and come out with version 1.8.1 ...eventually it will be a stable release

Evo Deck is a really nice AOSP rom too...in my opinion...i used it for about a week and never had one single issue with it....
