Root cant find netflix on market

First off. Thanks for everybody who helped me with any question. People on this forum ate extremely helpful and never get frustrated. So a big thanks for all of u.

But I was wondering why I can't find netflix in the app market . It was there before cause i used it when my phone was unrooted and when I was running myn 2.2 I was wondering if it because I am running kings virus Rom.

Netflix is not available but a fix will be coming on June 20th. The Gingerbread update broke Netflix and they have been working on it since then.

If you are rooted, I would suggest that you use Titanium Backup to back it up next time. You can restore it if it happens again.

I just received the newest update for my evo. Even so, the Netflix app is still not available in the market so the update has not solved my problem. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me where to go to actually find the app?

well htc/sprint has fixed the problem on their end, but netflix still needs to fix it on their end as well. so it is not on the market until they fix it. however, folks over on xda has it for now: [APP] [6/20/11] Netflix 1.2.2 Working Landscape on 2.3!! - xda-developers!!. i have not tried this one yet. maybe later on today.

Hey guys and gals.

I downloaded this again today and it hasn't been working very well. I go to load a movie and it spins forever and then the screen goes white. Not sure if it's still a buggy app or if it's a data issue on my end. Anybody had any luck with this in the last day or so?

I'm stock non-root with gingerbread out of the box (just bought it). Just downloaded the gb "patch" update and it's working great now!

Can't wait to root this sucker.

you picked a great phone with still so much support from the devs. unfortunately you will have to wait a bit to root. the latest ota has not been rooted yet. keep checking back here. we will post the how to's on rooting the new hboot.
