Help Can't get 2.3 Gingerbread

I just got my EVO and followed the directions I read on here to download 2.3 Gingerbread but it tells me there are no updates available. However when I look in phone info it shows I'm still running 2.2. Anyone know how to fix this?

Are you saying that your firmware, profile and PRL are all up to date? If not update, reboot and see if that works.

This is a non rooted device, correct?

Yes, all up to date.

Tried rebooting and didn't help

moved your thread to the troubleshooting section.

you might want to try and do a hard reset or factory reset and see if you can get it to update. if not you may want to take it in to sprint and have them do it for you.

You don't want it. Stick with 2.2.
