cant root ??

hey wussup i rooted my phone no problem with the directions on this site like 6mths ago. i tried rooting my wifes hero like 2 wks ago and when i start typing in commands for adb its saying invalid batch file. well i downloaded unrevoked on her phone and its rooted and i downloaded terminal emulator. my question can i type in the rest of the commands on her phone so i can unlock it and run cm6 on it thanks

I rooted without using adb. all I used was z4root app. its one click

If it's rooted, download rom manager and flash ClockworkMod Recovery, then flash away

Are you rooted on her phone ?? title says can't root, if not then root using Z4Root as mentioned, it is simple and one click from your phone, no need to use the PC, if you are rooted, then as Andy mentioned simply download Rom Manager and flash a recovery, then create a Nandroid, and then flash away to a RoM of your choice.

yea the phones rooted i used unrevoked but my question was how can i finish typing in the commands to i guess hard root the phone b/c when i launch the C: its saying bad file
