Help Can't send text msgs - help!!!!!

HELP!!!!!

Just started getting these error messages when sending texts:

SMS Error
Cause code: 98
Error class: 3

HELP, who knows what's going on?

What brand/model phone do you have? It sounds like you may need to reprogram the phone....
 
My daughters and I all have three different type phones and none of us can send text at this moment...we have sprint, a friend has virgin mobile and cannot send text either, all this started about an hour ago.
 
I have the sprint htc evo too... My text messages aren't going through either. At first i thought it was me cause i just got this phone today but i suppose its a network problem
 
So, tonight we were supposed to turn back the clocks. I'm guessing something struck us Eco users around 1 or 2 am...Maybe we can get a firmware update. Guys, keep me posted on what's up.
 
It has nothing to do with the time change. Sprint is suffering a nationwide SMS outage and is hoping to have it back up by 6:00 a.m. CST.
 
There is no sms outage. evo users go to settings then to software update and finally update profile :) hope this helps!

So then all those BlackBerry and regular Sprint phones experiencing the same thing were just imagining things?

Update profile didn't fix it; Sprint did.
 
I was reporting a simple fact. Sprint suffered a nationwide SMS outage. They themselves stated it.

Just thought it might help no need to get offended...
 
Yup..no txt here from 1:30-????? Works now. Dallas. From 1:30-2 there was no internet. They fixed that ...text out started working at 2:30 (3:30 if u forgot to change your clocks)
