Hello community, I just got here and I'm sorry that my 1st post has to be this one, but I need urgent help for this phone.
I wanted to update/reinstall official firmware from SDCard (T card) and I found a guide on ZTE official website. I did everything exactly as they told me to and after my phone shut down for a reboot, it didn't turn on...Then I tried going to FTP Mode to see if it will turn on there, but it didn't. When I press the power-on button, only the red light on "back" button turns on and that's all. Also, when I connect it to PC with USB, PC finds ZTE WCDMA Handset Diag. Port but in Task Manager it has yellow question mark on it like it's not properly installed.
I tried: re-plugging the battery, removing the SD and SIM card...tried Handset softare update tool but it can't detect my phone, tried charging it...
