Root Can't unbrick [SOLVED]

For some reason I can't unbrick my phone even though I've gone through the process lots of times, I know I'm not hard bricked though, everything still works.
But whenever I try to do it I get an error saying "Phone not found" even though my phone is on Emergency mode and everything.

I can't exactly factory reset since I flashed the TWRP and now factory resetting is how I get into TWRP.

It wasn't exactly solved, we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so he just helped me restore a backup so that I could at least be able to use my phone anyways, he did that by restoring my kernel back to CM10 so that I would have the 2nd init recovery back and so that I could restore my backup, as for being able to unbrick.

Go into download mode, connect usb cable.

Go to device manager, see if anything is listed under COM Ports. Tell me what is listed.

Tell me if anything doesn't have drivers installed.

I connected my phone while it was in emergency mode and then this started up, I let it finish and now I'm gonna test if I can unbrick again.

So I tired waiting for the drivers to install but still got the same error.
Hk used Team Viewer to take over my computer yesterday in an attempt to fix it but it was to no avail.

So now I can unbrick, just not from the computer I attempted to unbrick with, I have to use another one so that the unbrick would work.
But at least it's working.

Mine did this all the time which just reminded me to use a different usb port
