Whats up guys!? New member first time poster .. I've read several posts on the forum and can't figure out my issue. So here it is .....
I couldn't get my SF to update from DI01 ... spent lots of time on the phone with VZW level 2 techs (lots of bug issues) and could not get the update. Connected with Samsung tech support and they said they would not (re) push the update to my phone so the VZW tech suggested that it could have been one of the 10,000 defective SF's reported to have "update errors" and to take the phone back for a new exchange (only had the SF for 21 days) .... well when I went to the store I see the demo model is running DJ09 ... swapped out my phone and still have DI01. In fact I can't even get Innopath to check for "new updates" it says "please wait" then the screen freezes up..... any ideas?
PS ... this new phone is stock from the box. Havent added a single app, email or anything
