Edit: so a google search turned up mnc numbers and using a carrier code to change a long distance provider like the old 1010220 or whatever george carlin used to pimp.. Are you talking about either of these? something else?

the first three numbers are our country
the last two are our carrier's allocated color
this is as close as i could come i'll come back to it later trying find a manual way of seeing of 3g, and radio configs

Yes its a CDMA phone it is not a GSM phone.

How many months are you going to need it for?
Yes it is cdma but look in build.prop gsm.operator.alpha=BOOST gsm.operator.numeric=311870 not the number I want tho note the numbers and user are the same in cdma
