Help Carrier IQ and GingerBread 2.3.5

Hey guys, I am a political activist and this Carrier IQ is really getting on my nerves. I don't know if there is a removal script or app to remove this but if it's in my Prevail, I want to destroy it. This is a rootkit, and I've passed the information about it onto Anonymous Hacktivists... Maybe they already know about it? Anyways, I've seen somewhere where you can remove this with Clockworkmod, but I don't know if it will work with Gingerbread!? It said for Froyo only!?

Sprint and Boost shouldn't have the right to install this rootkit in the phone. It's illegal in my book and every company should be boycotted for putting shit like this in our phones. It's pisses me off!

Who cares....Im all for privacy, but IQ Carrier isnt really a big brother network. The Feds own Cricket and police use there service. No contracts makes it easy for dumb criminals to get caught. If your that worried about it make up a fake name when you go get your service. lol Like i did. IQ Carrier isnt a group of people watching what you text or do. Its a server that looks for key words... Child Porn... Bomb... that women is dead tonight...or other threating terms of launage and even then if, its a huge ordeal to pull those records. Best way is to dump the smart phone. Source- My Uncle FBI

@Stingrays - It's a fact that there's room for abuse and that's why it can't be tolerated. It's just like the Patriot Act... There's was too much room for abuse and it was abused.

It's worth it for me to go through the growing pains of learning how to GET RID of Carrier IQ. It's a political statement in defense of my liberties...

Agreed! no loop holes but it will happen. Was not trying to disagree.The Patriot Act was good on paper but to many clauses gave the government to much control over civilians including their new check points. Well see how long it last. Give em an inch and they will take a mile. Right! Anyways back to the topic would like to know this one.
